Life Together at Church of the Cross

As a new church plant, we are thoughtfully growing our ministries with care, prayer, and attentiveness to the people God brings into our community.

We are committed to being a church where all generations are valued—where families with young children are welcomed with joy, and where the wisdom and faithfulness of those who have lived many seasons are deeply honored. We believe the Church is strongest when generations learn, worship, and grow together.

We have a growing heart for Spanish-speaking individuals and families, and we are grateful to have bilingual leadership within our community that helps us listen well and extend hospitality across language and culture.

Children are an important part of our life together. One way we nurture them is through our beloved puppet guests, Fat Man and Blobin—two well-meaning, superhero-wannabes who help break down meaningful theological ideas in ways children can understand. While designed for kids, adults often find themselves smiling along, reminded that faith can be both deep and joyful.

Our desire is to reach those with little or no church background through historic Christian practices that still speak to modern struggles—practices that form faith patiently, honestly, and relationally rather than through hype or pressure.

As a launch team, we are learning and growing alongside one another. What we can promise is this: you will be met with compassion, respect, and care, no matter where you are on your journey. We are building ministries that foster real relationships—ones we believe matter not just for this season of life, but in light of eternity.

We are still becoming who we are.
And we invite you to grow with us.
